LAHORE: Pakistan cricket team, led by Shahid Khan Afridi, has departed to Bangladesh to participate in cricket World Cup. The mega event is scheduled to kick off on February 19.
Alongside number of media men; there were a large number of cricket fans at Allama Iqbal Airport to see team off, but players did not talk to media on the Airport.
Earlier, skipper Pakistan team Afridi stated in a press conference that players had built up a good winning-combination; which, according to his experience, would help Pakistan in the World Cup.
He further told that he expects Pakistan team in semifinals of the world cup and he’s quite satisfied with the team performance.
