PAK v IND (Semi-final) - - Match Update: Pakistan 89/2 in 20 overs Need 173 in 30 Overs

MOHALI – In first 20 overs Pakistan made 89 for the loss of two wickets and need 172 runs off 30 overs with an average of 5.73 per over.

Pakistan got a good start not as flying as India got earlier but enough to make Indian worry; but Zaheer Khan struck in 9th over to claim the wicket of Kamran Akmal with just 44 on the board.

Asad Shafiq replaced Akmal and started to play a cautious innings from where he left against West Indies in the quarterfinal.

Muhammad Hafeez was caught behind off Munaf Patel trying to play an irresponsible shot. He made good 43 runs off 55 balls. 

Veteran Younis Khan and youngster Asad Shafiq on the crease trying to lead Pakistan to the target of 261 without any further damage. Younis Khan batting on 7; while Asad shafiq has made 20 runs.
