Kolkata, India - - Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has to look for an alternate venue for the ICC Cricket World Cup match between India and England, earlier scheduled to be played on Eden Gardens in Kolkata.
This embarrassing situation for BCCI arises after the ICC’s inspection team revealed the pathetic conditions of the concerned venue in the post-inspection report.
ICC Chief Haroon Logart has officially informed BCCI to arrange for an alternate venue for the 27th February match between India and England.
