ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 Trophy Unveiled at Bombay Stock Exchange in Mumbai

The ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 is exactly one month away and to mark the 30-day countdown, the coveted trophy was unveiled at the Bombay Stock Exchange in Mumbai on Wednesday morning. The glittering trophy was unveiled in front of an excited crowd at the BSE building. 

International Cricket Council (ICC) CEO Haroon Lorgat handed over the trophy to ICC president Sharad Pawar amid the presence of traders and custodians of the BSE. Lorgat and Pawar were also given the honour of hitting the official gong to begin trading for the day.

The World Cup begins on February 19 in Dhaka and the final will be played on April 2 in Mumbai.
