NEW DELHI - - Match number 30 was played between Delhi Daredevils vs Royal Challengers Bangalore at Feroz Shah Kotla, Delhi on Tuesday (April 26, 2011).
Tillakaratne Dilshan departed to a first ball duck, but Virat Kohli and Chiris Gayle got going with a brilliant 83 runs stand. Kohli was in dazzling touch as he reached his 50 off just 31 balls.
However, the match turned around when 4 wickets fell for just adding 24 runs. AB de Villiers was run-out by a brilliant piece of fielding from David Warner and then Kohli and Pujara departed in quick succession.
But Minoj Tiwary held on firmly and struck some big shots. However, the match still hung in the balance as 20 were needed off 14 balls. Then came Syed Mohammad Jamaluddin and he struck two crushing boundaries and got the equation down to 12 from 12. Vettori stayed calm and in the end, he helped Bangalore win by three wickets with three balls to spare.
