Pakistan v West Indies (2nd Test) - - Pakistan 180/6 at Stumps on Day 1 (Summary of the Day)

Saint Kitts (May 20) - - Pakistan batting toppled after they decided to bat first after winning the toss. Openers Taufeeq Umar and Muhammad Hafeez fell cheaply after scoring 11 and 8 respectively. Asad Shafiq went back to pavilion without scoring any score.
Azhar Ali (67) and Umar Akmal (56) played good knocks to save Pakistan from complete destruction. Muhammad Salman and Abdur Rehman were on the crease when Umpires decided to finish the day one game due to bad light. Pakistan were 180/6 at the stumps on Day 1.

West Indies bowlers never let Pakistani batsmen to play freely; Ravi Rampaul, especially bowled brilliantly early on in the innings and grabbed first three wickets of Pakistan. 

Summary of the Wes Indies bowlers is given hereunder:


Pakistan lost first three wickets on just 24 on the board. Azhar Ali and skipper Misbah-ul-Haq added forty runs in fifth wicket partnership; but Misbah lost his wicket on 74.  Then Azhar Ali and Umar Akmal collected 93 precious runs before Umar Akmal falls on 167 and then Azhar himself got out on 176.
