Pakistan v West Indies (1st Test) - - Day 3 Summary: Pakistan 80/3 and need 139 more with 7 wickets in hand

GUYANA – Pakistan v West Indies (1st Test, Day 3): West Indies all out for 152 in the second innings and consolidated the lead of 218, courtesy to the last wicket partnership of 48 runs between Devendra Bishoo and Shivnarine Chanderpaul. Chanderpaul top scored with his unbeaten 36 while Bishoo contributed with precious 24 runs.

Saeed Ajmal picked up 11 wickets in first test against West Indies at Guyana
Saeed Ajmal took six wickets in the second innings, taking his tally of wickets to 11 in the match. It’s definitely a big achievement for star off-spinner.

West Indies started their innings from 34/2; but night-watchman Kemar Roach trapped plum in front of stumps by Saeed Ajmal on total score of just 35. Later on Windies kept on losing wickets on regular interval. Muhammad Hafeez, Abdul Rehman and Wahab Riaz contributed by taking one wicket each.

Start of the second innings of Pakistan was even more disappointed than the first one. Pakistan lost 3 wickets on just 2 runs; but cool and calm temperament of veteran Misbah-ul-Haq and youngster Asad Shafiq led Pakistan out of trouble to some extent. They had a 78 runs unbeaten partnership as Pakistan need 139 runs more to win the first test against hosts Wes Indies with seven wickets in hand.
