ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 - - Initial Squad: Ireland
Cricket Ireland on Monday (December 20) announced its initial squad for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 which is schedule to be held in Bangladesh, India and Sri Lanka from February 19 to April 2.
Phil Simmons, Ireland coach, has named 22 players in this initial squad, which will be trimmed to 15 by the ICC’s deadline of January 19.

Ireland is placed in Group B with India, South Africa, England, Bangladesh, West Indies, and Netherlands and will start their World Cup bid on March 02 against England at Banglore (World Cup Schedule).
